1. Production Turnaround Times All custom print and sticker orders enter production immediately following final artwork approval. Standard local production typically takes 1 to 3 business days depending on order size and complexity. For in-stock retail designs, items are prepared for fulfillment within 24 hours.

2. Free Local Pickup Option For clients located near Grand Junction, CO, we offer a 100% Free Local Pickup option at checkout. Once your production is finalized or your in-stock order is packed, you will receive an automated notification stating your order is ready for pickup at our facility.

3. Standard Shipping Rates & Transit For orders requiring delivery, shipping fees are calculated cleanly and transparently at checkout based on package weight and distance. We primarily utilize major ground carriers, and tracking numbers will be provided upon shipment.

4. Custom Sticker Shipping Rule To offer the most economical option for our sticker community, we provide a dedicated $1.00 Flat-Rate Envelope & Stamp shipping option at checkout. This special rate applies strictly to standard sticker-only orders weighing up to the standard 1-ounce limit.

5. Handling Fees & Taxes There are no hidden handling fees applied to shipments. Applicable local sales taxes are calculated transparently at checkout before you submit your payment information.
